Event Description

Commencing in July 2012 the Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers' biennial Melbourne Rare Book Fair will become an annual event.

The 39th ANZAAB Australian Antiquarian Book Fair will be held from Friday July 27 to Sunday July 29, in conjunction with the University of Melbourne Cultural Treasures Festival. Leading antiquarian booksellers from Australia and the wider international bookselling community will gather at the University's historic Wilson Hall, offering rare and interesting books, manuscripts, maps and prints covering a broad spectrum of collecting interests. Admission to the Book Fair is free.

Advertising and stuff

A biennial event, INKFEST will be held again this year with Inkmasters Print Exhibition 2014 at the TANKS Art Centre 1 - 24 August.

Inkfest's complete program includes artists-in-residence, workshops, the BIG PRINT community event and other collaborative projects. For the first time, international artists, as well as artists Australia wide, are being invited to participate, and also, with the support of Copyright Australia Cultural Fund and BDO North Queensland  substantial prizes are on offer.
