Still waiting on word from the sewing machine doctor.
Going to do the service thing this week :-) - when you mentioned taking parts out and oiling them I thought - nope, haven't done that either!!! So I am taking your advice ;-) - and glad the book arrived - more especially that you like it! Black Velvet - yes, know that one :-))! X I hope everyone has my books by now? Have a good weekend X

Permalink Reply by Klaus von Mirbach on April 21, 2012 at 22:12 Hi all, the first time I am in this project and I am thrilled and touched. Cheryl, I read in your book: music is Elvis and Debussy, ask me rather what is music not? Wonderful. Thats what I was thinking a lot before I started drawing. I had made a list from things what music could be and I stopped myself thinking, Klaus, that would mean: Music is everthing. That canot be! But thats true! Once more a wonderful book.Thank you, Cheryl
And Lisa, today your book was in the post box, what an amazing and exiting idea! So many remembrances at? for? these old discs. I lay out all the books Ive received since yet, and these are all treasures, preciosities. Im thinking of making of box for all this books with my precious hand made paper.. Bookarts is music! How was it, as you did the books, I suppose we all were listing to some music?. I had the Beatles and John Cage in?,on? the player. Only these two one. Thank you once again, looking forward to monday, just wait a minute mister postman ,
Best wishes
klaus
