"Entredós," "Between the Two of Us" An Artist's Book of Spanish Poetry and Etchings by Maureen Booth

"Entredós" is an artist's book made up of 11 two-color etchings illustrating 10 love poems by contemporary Spanish poets. The etchings are signed and number by the artist and the poems are signed by the poets. (Javier Egea's poem is a reproduction of a signed and dated typewritten document.

The edition is of 50 signed and numbered books in Arabic numbers, five artist's proofs, 10 H/C examples, and 12 books with the poems handwritten and signed by the poets, plus 50 books numbered in Roman numerals, also with five artist's proofs and 10 H/C's.The edition is dedicated to my friend and poet, Javier Egea, who took his own life in 1999 at the age of 47. The poets are: Miguel Ángel Arcas, Eduardo Castro, Javier Egea, Luis García Montero, Teresa Gómez, Ángeles Mora, Andrés Neuman, José Carlos Rosales, Álvaro Salvador and Gerardo Venteo, all associated with the city of Granada.
