Pogarsky Mikhail was born in 1963 in Russia. Artist, designer, poet, writer, journalist, photographer, publisher, scientists, curator of artist’s project. Author more then 100 books (total edition is more than 1 500 000 copies). Author more then 100 articles on science, art and philosophy. Doctor of Mathematics (1991). Member of Russia Artist’s League (2003). Chief Editor of the magazines “Triangular wheel” and “Irregular Park”. Organizer and curator of the Moscow International Fair of Artist’s Book. Organizer and curator of many large international Artist’s Book projects. Chief Director of the design-studio “Triangular wheel”. Participant in more than 200 exhibitions in Russia and Europe. The exhibition presents two connected bodies of material: a survey of artists’ books by Australian painter, sculptor and bookmaker Robert Jacks (1942-2014), and an extensive selection of publications drawn from Jacks’ own collection, many of which were purchased from Printed Matter in the early years of the organization.
