Thanks for asking about the cut out sheep in the Dolly:Edition Unlimited book. To answer your question - I cut them out by hand on a fret saw. Very nervous making! The trick is to practice and to go slow and to have the book block clamped very tight!

All the best,

Karen

Dear Aine,
Thank you for letting me know about your website. I really enjoyed your all works, and really like your installation pieces, especially, the Silent Apocalypse 5 and Aran are my favorite. The way that you approached the concept of the Apocalypse is absolutely powerful and truly thoughtful in a manner of ritual aspect. And, Aran’s beautiful visualized language is hypnotic to see. lovely to be in touch with you!

dear Aine, thank you for your nice mail. You are always welcome to visit my studio in amsterdam, it's a magic place. But I'm not always there, I'm working on many places as artist in residence. Thats the reason my website is not updated, but I'll do my very best this month. I did n't have time for Vilnius this year, maybe next time. Did you send works? puck

Are you entering the Vilnius exhibition Puck ?
At 11:32am on July 21, 2008, Aine Scannell said…
Puck. yes thank you. I do know about this one, from ages ago. Kestutis invited me to enter about like 8 months ago and I still have not got my act together on it.

I cant see the jpgs on the website no matter what browser I use. I even tried using a computer at a friends house. They have a PC ( I have a Mac) and no joy. I wonder if other people have this problem
Do you happen to know if they do a catalog?

Thanks again.
