So sorry for the long delay. I did try to accept your friendship request as soon as I got your message but the site was down for admin reasons. Then of course I forgot! As you see, I am not posting many blog posts at present. Various reasons, which include that I've gone a bit 'feral' ...! I'll be in touch by email but dealing with a backlog of 2000 at present before I go away on 6 June till 14th. Anyway, thanks for 'friending' me. I'm delighted to be your friend. It was interesting and great fun to be in on the "handmade" discussion with you, Martine, and Patriza. It will be interesting to see the outcome, if any, in our "Text" book exchange.
The exhibition presents two connected bodies of material: a survey of artists’ books by Australian painter, sculptor and bookmaker Robert Jacks (1942-2014), and an extensive selection of publications drawn from Jacks’ own collection, many of which were purchased from Printed Matter in the early years of the organization.
