Next year will mark 130 years since the Westland set sail on it's maiden voyage from Scotland to New Zealand. To mark this occasion, I will be working on a collaborative log book with New Zealand artist, Lynn Taylor. We have been e-mailing and posting stuff by snail mail for the past month, discussing ideas. It was great to finally get to Sydney last weekend to see 'Without Boundaries'. A bonus to be there last Saturday when some of the artists were talking about their books.

there seems to be a few publishers of books about art and craft and a bookshop owner joining this artists book social network. I wonder if they are trying to get free advertising or is it that they just do not understand what an artists' book is?
There have been a couple of discussions about digital artists' books on this site - can anyone recommend any Victorian based digital artist book artists for a possible project? Otherwise some Australian based digital book artists?
