Congratulations to Tina Hill for The 2009 Agassi Book Arts Prize



The 2009 Agassi Book Arts Prize






The 2009 prize has been awarded by The Centre for Fine Print Research to the MA Multi-disciplinary Printmaking student Tina Hill for her installation Excavating Babel. The piece will be shown at UWE Bristol - School of Creative Arts Degree Show 2009, Saturday 20th - Thursday 25th June, before touring to other UK venues.

We have received several emails from members of the international book artist community concerning logistics of submitting work for The MCBA Prize. In consideration of these concerns, we have chosen to extend the deadline for ALL entries for The MCBA Prize. Oops - erratum!

Mind you, since I have no Latin I may have spelled that incorrectly... I just wanted to add to my previous post about the 'Without Boundaries' show in Sydney: I inferred that Imogen Yang curated the exhibition, when what I intended to say was that I was talking to Imogen, who is a curator!
