Thanks Robert for for providing the space to enable me to exchange ideas and work with people I would otherwise never have met
Thank you Robert for enabling our group and other book artists from around the world to communicate and share our art. Sometimes getting artist to meet/collaborate is like herding cats thankless and difficult. Without the forum you provided and maintained we never would have had such a good opportunity to connect. Again, thank you. It's been an amazing ride!
It has been an amazing experience and a great pleasure to be part of AB3.0. I just want to thank you, Robert, for this opportunity and wish you the best.
Thank you so much, Robert, for having given us such a great opportunity to meet and create a very friendly group of bookartists. Without your project we would have never been in contact. We all feel very grateful but also sad to see this site disappear. Best regards and many thanks again.
It is actually the saddest thing. Thank you as well Robert. It was a wonderful conversation.
Available to everyone: Robert Jacks & Printed Matter
10 September - 24 October 2016
Printed Matter is pleased to announce Available to Everyone: Robert Jacks and Printed Matter, curated by Peter Anderson.
The exhibition presents two connected bodies of material: a survey of artists’ books by Australian painter, sculptor and bookmaker Robert Jacks (1942-2014), and an extensive selection of publications drawn from Jacks’ own collection, many of which were purchased from Printed Matter in the early years of the organization.
