Hi Gabriella,
I am interested in viewing work from your wordpress.
For some season I can't find the link.
Do you have a letterpress collectiion?
Do you make books?
I have just returned from the Cheong-ju City Internatiuonal Craft Bienalle in Korea.
Allison and I had 2 of our books in the exhibition and I gave a presentation about Homeprint, art and the book. Gave 2 practical workshops on relief printmaking using my 'yellowXpress 5000' printing press. Then ran relief workshops in Seoul in 6 Children's Libraries.
When I arrived home I was greeted by Leo our first grandson. 2 weeks old!
Today I am helping a new WWOOFer, Veronica, from Austria, settle in to the Homeprint Studio. She will stay with us for 0ne to two weeks and help Allison in our organic garden in the weekend and help me in the printing studio during the week.
Please send me information on your printing equipment and samples of your work.
Cheers,
John
Hi Gabriella,
What is it that interests you most about book making? Is is creating the text, the printing or the binding or the absolute staisfaction of creating something unique?

Hi Gabriella: Thanks for befriending me on this site. I have not uploaded any of my books yet, but hopefully after the Holidays and completion of another semester of book arts I will get around to doing that. I am looking forward to networking with you and on this site in the very near future. Take care. Maggie
Gabriella, Thank you for inviting me into this new internet space. My sister is in Denton...I'm in Northern CA...in the Trinity Alps. It is a different kind of life compaed to living in Los Angeles all of my life. But I love it up here...living right on the river. I'm hoping to knock out some books over the next couple of years and I'm learning more and more about photography. Would like to hear what you are up to with your books. Hear back from you soon I hope. Time to walk down by the river with the dog. Take care, Martha
